Project description

In the last years a growing number of children spent their time in services created or organized to foster the childhood. At the same time we are witnessing a gradual reduction in the possibilities of access to public spaces which are safe for children. The workshop intends to tackle this complex matter.

The course theme consists of designing some microplaces for children in every kind of living area of the town, places that are used daily by adults, namely in interiors, such us supermarkets, restaurants, bookshops, museums, cinemas theatres, transit places, like airports and stations.
